Biography

Industry Response is a Web consulting business that started on a good reputation and word-of-mouth recommendations.  I worked for an entrepreneur that held a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems, whose areas of expertise were Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce, and Human Computer Interaction of Web Page Design.  Two of his E-commerce businesses were listed on the first page of Google.  The listings were for keywords that generated just under a million searches each month.  I was fascinated with his abilities, and I was grateful to work as an unpaid intern just for the exchange of knowledge.  The internship progressed to a 2-year span of projects.  I am forever grateful that he was so generous to teach me the powerful techniques and tricks of the trade.

Since the start of my work experience in Internet marketing, I earned a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.  Through word-of-mouth recommendations, I have gained clients and the opportunity to surprise them by exceeding their expectations.  The clientele has grown so that I stay busy managing projects and a small team.

Part of the job is to teach.  It's important that the client understands what they're paying for.    Patience and clear communication is key to help the client to form realistic expectations.  Clients are treated as close friends, so they're well taken care of.
